References to "Pakistan" include all provinces and territories of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. References to payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB, and any other Pakistan payment channel made available by a388win from time to time.

To create an a388win account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address.

a388win reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account where eligibility requirements are not met, cannot be verified, or where false information has been provided during registration. Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) active a388win account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your a388win account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

a388win is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to safeguard their login credentials or has shared them with third parties. a388win may suspend or close accounts that show unusual activity patterns, access from unrecognised devices without 2FA confirmation, or signs of account sharing.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered inactive. a388win reserves the right to apply a monthly PKR administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, which will not reduce an account balance below zero. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting a388win's support team. Pending bets will be settled before closure. Outstanding PKR balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified Pakistan payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless they have been fully released through completed wagering requirements.

All a388win financial transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). a388win does not charge currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal. The following payment channels are accepted:

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — whether in slots, live dealer games, or crash games — a388win's standard policy is that malfunction voids all pay and play. All content on the a388win platform — including the a388win brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of a388win or its licensed partners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from a388win.

Game content — including slot graphics, live dealer interfaces, and poker game environments — is licensed to a388win by its studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and others) and remains the intellectual property of those studios. • Losses arising from the Player's failure to secure their a388win account credentials.
• Consequences of the Player's decision to gamble, including financial losses sustained through normal gameplay.

a388win collects, processes, and stores personal data — including CNIC information, Pakistan mobile numbers, email addresses, PKR transaction records, and betting history — in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at a388win.app/privacy-policy.

By registering with a388win, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• Player data is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL encryption.
• KYC documents (CNIC) are processed solely for identity verification and age confirmation purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by a388win's licensing obligations or applicable law.
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with international anti-money-laundering requirements.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from them or from the use of a388win's Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a388win holds its international gambling licence. Players agree to submit any unresolved disputes to the dispute resolution process specified by a388win's licensing authority before seeking resolution through any other forum.
